OET Sample Test

The Reading sub-test has got 2 sections and takes one hour to finish. The subjects are open to all the applicants in all the professions. Section A : It evaluates your capacity to find data from multiple texts and to combine data from the specified material to cover information fast. It needs you to read 3 to 4 messages which recognized with a single topic and complete an outline passage by filing the missing words.

Part B: multiple choice questions (45 minutes)

It evaluates your capacity to read and know the writings on health related topics. You have to read the two entries of 600 to 800 words and answer an arrangement of many decision questions.

How is reading capacity surveyed in OET?

Reading Part A: It assesses your capacity to skim and scan fast in different texts on a specified subject to differentiate the selected data. Part A is timed and you have to finish all the things in just fifteen minutes. You need to work hard and sort the specified content.

Reading Part B: It evaluates your capacity to view longer entries of content at the word or phrase level and work on the importance of the same and know its meaning. You have to differential the reason for the content, to be aware and explain the connection in the given thoughts and to know the section level.
