IELTS and OET English language skills are different. OET is
not simpler than IELTS and needs different knowledge of English. OET makes an
attempt to copy the target workplace and has been designed by the health
experts and language professionals.
IELTS has been developed by Cambridge University as a tool
for testing English language proficiency for a broad range of purposes. It
needs high English levels and is given the word gold standard as those who pass
it are very proficient.
IELTS is a measure of proficiency in English and
it does not have a cultural aspect which can evaluate the relationships between
the people in specific situations with the patients.
