oet exam requirement

There are some test regulations which are related to OET exam. These regulations, policies and procedures have been designed to make sure that all the OET candidates are treated in a fair manner. The testing environment is secure and all the staff has to abide by the high quality performance standards.

OET is a high stakes test which gauges the English language proficiency level of the candidates to a high level. We advise you to be completely prepared for the test.  You have to be in compliance with the OET terms and conditions and test regulations and you may not be eligible to complete the test or get results in case you do not comply.

You will be responsible for checking English language skills registration standard of the authority which regulates your profession for the minimum OET grade accepted by the institution to which you apply and it includes results which can be obtained in one sitting.

There are four sub tests that need to be taken for the first time you sit for OET examination. Seabird, determines the date of the test, test application closing dates and test fees.

You will not be admitted to the test in case the name on your ID documentation does not match the name you used when you registered. You will get a confirmation of your application by email. You will be responsible for checking the preciseness of all the information.

The changes and requests have to be received no later than the application closing date for the test administration. There has to be two weeks before the date of the test and your test venue will send you an email with your test day attached.
