OET exam is a test that evaluates the communication skills
of healthcare and medical professionals who wish to live and work and migrate
to Australia.
The test was designed by Tim Mcnamara of the Australian
office for overseas Skills recognition. OET is owned by Cambridge Boxhill
language assessment Trust or CBLA. OET facilitates an assessment in 4 language
skills like reading, listening, speaking and writing with stress on
communication in medical arena.

applications. One can get a score of B in each component of OET and that means
you passed the English language requirement.
OET is available for the medical and healthcare professions
like nursing, dietetics, speech pathology, occupational therapy, medicine,
pharmacy, podiatry, radiography, dentistry, physiotherapy, and optometry,
veterinary science.
